I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Doctor Williams repaired a badly damaged group of muscles and tendons, including the rotator cuff, in my left shoulder. He accomplished arthoscopically what most doctors would do with a large incision, minimizing healing time and post-surgical pain. I follwed his recuperative instructions to the letter, had moderate physical therapy and am now good to go - full range of motion and no pain. R. Krause, Port St. Joe, FL

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. There was no offending odors in the office.
