Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!

My first visit began with the office personnel. They are a super bunch. When I was called to the back and placed in a room, an extremely nice and courteous gentleman went through a series of fact finding questions before he carried me for x-rays, No hurry-up and get you out, but however much time it took to find the problem. Finally, Dr. Williams came in and his demeanor put me completely at ease. He pointed out the cause of the pain which was numerous tears in my right rotator cuff. He discussed with me the options. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely!
