Dr. Forgues and the overall setup/ equipment are amazing. 5 stars on his professionalism and the technical precision of the exam, possibly the best I've had. Thanks! However, the front office responsiveness to phone calls (e.g., with requests to sort out contact lens samples/ordering) is less than desirable. I called the office to request some clarification on my prescription and samples for ordering purposes, and was told someone would call back the following day. 8 days later and no return call/follow up, and I am back to ... read more
