Dr Hammerberg is the best orthopedic surgeon I have ever seen. He replaced both knees and now, at age 60, I am back to high level snowboarding and skiing. The care and communication was always clear and quick and I can’t say enough about Dr Hammerberg and the entire Denver Health staff. After a total of 7 knee surgeries, the two Dr Hammerberg performed were life changing and I would highly recommend him and Denver Health
Our experience with Dr. Mark Hammerberg during a consultation for my father’s hip replacement was extremely disappointing. From the moment he entered the room, his demeanor was aggressive and condescending. Without any attempt to ask or clarify, he assumed my father spoke English, which made communication difficult right from the start.
