I had no problem with the dentist himself for several years as I used to go to him. My problems happened with their billing for procedures not completed and for multiple billings of procedures that were never started. When I finally contacted the dentist himself, his nice demeanor changed to that of a collection agent as opposed to the kindly dentist.
