Dr. Mark Christ has been my urologist for many years. He is always listened to my concerns, is a great listener, compassionate, and offers the best quality services for my conditions. Over the years he has restored my prostate health by performing a surgical procedure to remove a blockage. Scheduling an appointment is never difficult and his office staff is exceptional. Ridiculous wait times of over 2 hours. Saw Dr Christ for nocturia due to BPH. He immediately suggested surgery. Am a 50 y.o male and there was a real risk I would no longer be able to have children. Dr Christ gave me all of 5 minutes to decide whether I wanted to go ahead. Post-procedure I was passed to nurses / assistants, but never saw Dr Christ again whom I saw running from one exam room to the other. Office never contacted me to schedule the 3 month follow-up.
Waiting time way too long
Want to see doctor on emergency basis, however he refuse to see me even he has 5 availability slots for new clients on "Zocdoc" site. During previous visits was seen by PA instead of doctor. After I insist to see doctor he appeared in a doorway very irritated and with attitude like why are you wasting my time. He does not allow sufficient time to explain health complains because he is in hurry to see next patient . I would never go to him again and would not recommend him to anybody.
