A very impressive office with plenty of staff and a very short wait time for me. Dr. Geppert was clear and concise in explaining my condition, and how to self-improve my foot issue through stretching and exercise. I am 90% better after just a few days of following the Doctor’s directions.
Excellent explanation of each step in the process and why it needed to be done. I appreciated the attention.
This doctor didn’t listen well. He jumped to a conclusion that I needed ankle surgery without even understanding my location or level of pain. In 8 plus years my pain has not even increased. And I find it manageable. He did not address this until I explained my situation further.
Very pleased with the staff and especially the Doctor. He's got the issue figured out and will provide a solution unlike the wound care Doctor that I don't particularly care for.
