your office is the best & dolly is the best
Dolly is very hospitable she does a great job and know what she is doing
I like Dolly. She explains everything to me and she's gentle when she's cleaning my teeth. The two woman at the front desk were so kind and helpful regarding my insurance situation.
I am very happy with Dr Herman and his staff. I enjoy going to my appointments.
You could use more staff at the front desk. They are over-whelmed with scheduling patients, explaining their bills, & most of all, covering the constant phone calls.
Dr Herman is awesome, I felt very comfortable and will be back again
Dolly always make you feel very comfortable doing the vist, and explained wakes to improve your dental care. Excellent office staff.
An unexpected emergency procedure for Dr. Herman caused me to be called back to be seated late.
