Fabulous office, Dr & staff. Staff usually a reflection of the Dr & in this case, both are just what we want for our dental care.
Dr. Herman's office was phenomenal. From the front desk to the Hygienist, to Dr. Herman, everyone was extremely professional, friendly and helpful and honest. This is the first time I have not felt like a dentist was trying to rip me off with treatments I don't need!
Everyone was very friendly and courteous as usual!

The use of Email to notify patients is in my opinion an excellent option. Dolly and the office staff were flawless! I'm not sure what exactly you're going to do with the results of this survey. I assume the data will be compiled by the service you're using. There is potentially some very useful information that could be used in marketing campaigns to expand your practice in terms of demographic and lifestyle characteristics. I had a good experience at your office.
I came to Mark Herman about 10 month ago after an awfull experience with another dentist. This dental group gave me options, after doing a complete examination. I had two teeth that were destroyed by a previous dentist who was obviously in component. Dr. Herman & Dr Winer were wonderful. My teeth were fixed which included two new surgery & implants. I can honestly say, l had no discomfort at all through the entire process. Larry L
