Dr. Herman is a very compassionate and understanding person. I had a issue with tooth pain and what I thought might be a cavity. I was a walk in with no appointment, and they saw me within 15 minutes. A quick x-ray and visual examination by the Doctor showed that I did not have a cavity at all and it was just a tooth acting up and should go away on it's own, which it did. Dr Herman and the entire staff in the office are friendly, knowledgeable and comforting in the office, on the phone, and online. Considering that I hate going to the dentist...for the first time in my life, I don't have any fear.
