My 84 yr old mom has waited for repairs since October. Drop cords were the solution. It is now March and I had to call someone else. Called them on Thursday, came out on Monday, and repaired on Wednesday. No thanks to MEES.
So a bad review is how a person gets up with you? At least you should have responded . That's bad buisness
