We were lucky enough to find Mark Downey to manage our property when we were moving across the country. It has been a great year with them. We have relied heavily on their recommendations with unforeseen maintenance (that occurred at the worst times) and preparedness for 2017 hurricanes. They have been very helpful and professional. This is our first time owning a rental. Mark Downey and Associates have made the whole process very easy. We have very little that we are responsible for; they take care of everything. While it is a little more pricey than some of the other organizations out there, they provide us with a ton of peace of mind. They are routinely in our rental property and even take pictures of everything twice a year, making us feel more comfortable with knowing our property isn’t being wrecked. We would recommend this group to anyone.
Mark and his team have done a wonderful job managing our property. He is very knowledgable about the Pensacola area market and works hard to find quality tenants to care for our home. Maintenance needs are resolved quickly and with sufficient and timely information to help us make informed decisions. In our experience, property vacancies have kept to a minimum. We have been very pleased with the quality and professionalism of Mark and his staff.
