We originally used Mark Downey and Associates to manage our rental property in Pensacola because we saw that they had the best ratings in the area and they definitely did not disappoint! Mark Downey has managed our property for close to two years. They have been fantastic in every way! Any time there has been a maintenance issue they have handled it quickly and efficiently, keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Their inspections verify that our property is being well taken care of. I would highly recommend Mark Downey if you are looking for a property manager. They are everything you really do want in one!!

I have used Mark Downey Property manager over five years and have received nothing less than stellar service. Everyone I’ve worked with is extremely professional detail oriented and truly seem to want what’s best for both the owner and the renter. That’s hard to come by these days.

Mark's Property Management Company has managed our property for many years. We are extremely satisfied with Mark and his friendly staff of professionals. They are prompt and helpful with all facets of managing our property. His staff are friendly and courteous with our best interest in mind. Either on the net or on the phone they are quick to solve any problem. Marks on-line communication and bookkeeping makes it much easier for owners to keep records. Mark and his staff rate and outstanding in Property Management.

We have been using MD&A as our property manager since 2010 and have recommended him and his team to multiple other home owners. He is quick to get new tenants, sets a fair price and holds them accountable. We never worry about the condition of our home as his team is constantly providing us updates and sending pictures. I will continue to use and recommend MD&A until it becomes time to sell. And when it does, Mark and his team will be my realtor.
