Mark Downey name alone made an impression on us when we asked friends for Property Management Company recommendations. When he came out (not an associate) to look at our property he told us what to expect and what we needed to do to get top dollar for our rental. We use Mark Downey for a property manager. Everyone has good communication, the property didn’t sit empty very long, all repairs were taken care of in a very timely manor. When listing homes they go all out, once I knew the house was being listed I did a general google search and it popped up on all major realtor sites. Nothing but great things to say and we hope to use Mark Downey for years to come.
Mark Downey & Associates has been our property manager for 3 years. They have kept our rental occupied the whole time and are very professional. They are proactive in keeping our rental in great condition. We have had peace of mind renting out our home because of MD&A! Highly recommend them!
Mark Downey has managed our rental property since 2011 and we couldn't be happier. When the military moved us to New England, we were nervous about how our home would be taken care of while we were so far away. I will say that Mark Downey and his entire staff made the transition easy and comfortable. During 6 years in New England we had 3 different renters in the home and Mark Downey took care of everything.
