I began seeing this doctor when he acted as a 'stand-in" for my primary physician. When my primary physician moved away from this area, I asked this doctor to become my primary. I once visited the doctor to look at what I considered a relatively "minor ailment," but he very rapidly diagnosed a very serious issue, and his prompt action in sending me immediately to the hospital may well have saved my life.
