Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. Office Clean - Staff attentive and responsive to my medical concerns. Will continue services with Dr. Cleveland's office- Nurse Practitioner Christine is very knowledgeable - ordered all correct testing based on my concerns.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. The front office will not listen to the customer needs, it seems that they think they are the customer. I went to see Dr. Cleveland one day after work when I was really sick. A nurse practicioner saw me and said I should take Claarton-D. I later discovered I had a case of strep throat.
