Dr. Helm is exceptionally skilled, compassionate, and easy to talk to. He is an insightful therapist and and excellent psychiatrist. I highly recommend him.
I first would not recommend Dr. Helm to anyone looking for a drug giver. I would and do tell people about Dr.Helm, he is the first Doctor I have found that listens and hears you, In the begining I had trust issues but after a few app with him Its like out of the blue I'm talking to him as if I have known him forever. Some how Dr. Helm can calm me down and talk to me why I'm feeling the way I was. Another thing he is good at is having you to be able answer your own questions. I'm grateful for him
