I had a very bad experience with Dr Mark Lazarus and the Rothman Institute where he ia a orthopedic surgeon in 2003 and am still suffering for their negligence and my inability to get any help from him/them. Dr. Lazarus performed a botched L labral tear shoulder surgery on me on March 2003 damaging the L radial nerve, which he would not acknowledge after. It has ruined my career and caused me great pain.
