Dr. Helm helped me recover from a very severe bought of depression. I've always been prone to depression but this was really bad and lasted about 18 months before I gave up on stoicism and headed to a doctor. Looking back, at that point he had his work cut out for him. Without Dr. Helm I'm unsure I would have recovered. I no longer have to see doctor Helm and I haven't in a long time. Dr. Helm is the 4th psychologist or psychiatrist I have seen in the last 4 years. He is the only one who has been able to help me. I have been seeing him for 2 years now and feel very comfortable with him. In addition to mood disorders I also have ADHD and Dr. Helm has been able to be help with both. He is easy to talk to and offers sound advice.
