I love Dr. Butler. He has been a staple in my life since I was a kid. I trust him and really disappointed my [...] insurance won't cover CHI. I made it a point to see him before I am no longer covered to tell him thank you. I hope still for some resolution and that I may come back. He is an excellent Dr.
