My first experience with Katherine and her staff was an excellent one. I felt I was in good hands.
As one who has endured long, painful sessions in the dentist's chair, I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Brown. Next to plying her profession with great skill, her major concern has been my well-being and comfort. She takes all the time that is needed to explain every step and consequence to me. If one could say a visit to the dentist is pleasurable, a visit to Dr. Brown fits that description.
Dr. Brown is extremely competent, concerned and dedicated to her patients. She spends as much time as needed with them explaining complex dental procedures, as well as every day care and maintainance. She makes the patient a partner in decision making and choosing a course of action. I feel as if I'm in very good hands.
Dr. Katherine Brown and staff are unequivocally the best dental group in California. Intelligent, wonderful problem solver with the highest standards for her patients~
As always, I had a wonderful cleaning by Debbie and appointment with Dr. Brown! They are the best.
Yesterday Dr. Brown carefully explained my options for a complicated dental problem. She was clear, patient, and even included helpful graphics (a hand-drawn chart showing my options and costs. It was a totally satisfying visit.
Dr. Brown is the most thorough and patient doctor with very anxious people! Takes her time to get Things right the first time!
Dr. Brown has humanity, kindness, gentle/firm approach with plenty of warning about any part of a procedure that might be difficult or painful. She also has a great staff! Dr. Brown is funny, alive, bright, informed and informative, a great problem solver, patient, and does her work with the highest standards. I feel so lucky every time I go in to have any work done on my teeth and always come out smiling.
