Mark is patient, professional and helpful. To celebrate 30 year anniversary we upgraded from a 1 carat to a 2 carat solitaire.He had a lovely selection. I appreciate that he isn't out there to price gouge you, rather, he is serving you so that he can build a clientele of life long customers. I recommend him and will refer my adult children to him when they look for engagement rings.
My husband purchased my engagement ring with Marc in 2017. We knew we had to go back for our wedding bands. They have a great variety of rings & they can also custom make anything. Everyone there is very detailed oriented. Two of our friends have also gone to Marc. We recommend him to everyone that asks us about our rings. Marc works with your budget!! So don't worry about the cost.
My wife and I both got our wedding bands from Mark Broumand. All the associates were knowledgable and provided excellent customer service. The store is very nice inside and well air conditioned. Mark even did the final fitting with us. Great jeweler that I will use again and would recommend to anyone.

I would never want to give a 5 star review...that would be an insult to his work. Mark and his team deserve a 7 star review. I shopped around for the perfect ring and I went to several stores across the US and his team is by far the best I experienced. Thoughtful, kind and really treated me like I was their only client. The ring couldn't be more perfect and we couldn't be more happy with the result.
