First of all, I would like to state the Mark Bowers team did everything that was stated in the written contract. After the contract was over, we decided to go with another realtor for the following reasons. 1. We were promised an open house by Kri when the farmer’s opened up for the season (our house is near downtown Bloomington). No open house was held during our contract. 2. The main reason why Mr. Craig is upset with our team is that after several times of showing them potential homes to purchase, we decided to tell them that we were not going to show them anymore homes until we got thru the first hurdle of this process, which was getting their current home sold. I have worked with several other realtors in the past but no one has gone above and beyond like Kri from Mark Bowers team. I just recently bought a house which has been a struggle of a process after trying to get credit restructured. Kri never once lost touch thru this whole process and was more of a friend than just a realtor looking for a sale like I've had with realtors in the past. I would definitely recommend Kri and Mark Bowers team to help with your realtor needs.

I have worked with several realtors in the past but Mark Bowers is no doubt the best, he was always on top of what was going on, was able to sell my house with no problem and was very patient with me purchasing another one, I mean the right one with the right price. Mark showed us over 50 homes and was determined that we would find what we wanted! and we did. I appreciate everything Mark did by being there and making purchasing our house a great experience..
