Because you have not replied or the previous owner? Snyder Co. we have severe Health Problems arising from faulty Texture or Popcorn Ceilings falling daily as wet particles fibers White mold. Humidity is causing is causing the severe problems in Kitchen, (heat) dishwasher is running over 1 hr. And cheese walls is separating the cabinets. 5 stars!! Mark and team helped us to sell our home in a tough Bloomington market. We really liked the extras - great indoor photographer and the aerial pics using a drone - they really showed the merits of the property. And we appreciated the advice on last minute improvements to make and the price! We actually had 2 offers at the same time! Highly recommend!
