I met Mark over 10 years ago when I was unsuccessfully trying to sell a condo. I hired Mark who helped sell the condo quickly and used him to help with the purchase of my house. Staying in touch over the years, I hired him again 10 years later to sell that same house he helped me purchase. Mark and his team successfully sold that house too! Would recommend Mark for those looking to buy or sell a home.
Mark and his team never gave up! I relocated 1500 miles from BloNo and he listed my house in a tough market. He did multiple open houses until I got an offer. When the offer that came in from a “prequalified” buyer through another broker fell through, he hit the ground running again and kept on until I got the final offer. I have worked with Mark Bowers and his team on a lot of real estate transactions. They do a fantastic job of making the transactions as easy as possible for everyone involved. I have never had a deal with Mark and his team that fell through. Mark also helped me and my wife buy our first home which was a very outdated house in need of a remodel. Mark gave me a lot of great advice during the remodel which will help me get top dollar out of it when I sell. Mark and his team communicate well and take pride in what they do.
