He is knowledgeable and kind.
The check in process was easy and efficient, I didn't wait for more than just a couple of minutes, and he saw me right away. I appreciate him explaining things to be in a way that I can understand, things to look for in the future that are red flags, and what to do if any of those things occur.

Dr. Billante seemed competent in general, but I expected him to provide more information about my shoulder issue which he indicated was not an area of specialty for him. I had read reviews that described him as sufficiently experienced. He did help me by ordering Physical therapy to continue with rehabilitating my shoulder to possibly avoid further disability.
Provider is knowledgeable and provided information on the injury. He spoke respectful to my daughter and gave her realistic outcome on her recovery process to heal.
