Mark sold us our first house in Margate and then when we found a home we fell in love with in Longport NJ, he guided through a rough process with that home being a pre-forclosure. He managed to not only close the deal for us on the pre-forclosure home but to also sell our home in Margate in just 4 days at a price that we were thrilled with! We have recommended Mark to many of our friends who were also happy with his services.

I have bought two houses with Mark as my agent. He is a terrific real estate agent, extremely detail oriented. Thanks to Mark Arbeit and his wonderful staff we made an offer on our home the very first day we looked!
