I had my own realtor that I was not happy with when I was selling and buying. So I went to Mark for some help and advice. With his help, I was able to sell my house at a higher price AND get a new house at a lower price. His knowledge of the market is the best. I will never buy or sell a house without using Mark Arbeit

Mark is by far the best realtor I've worked with in any aspect of the role. He helped us market and sell one home and helped us in the purchase of another. Great knowledge of the area, approach to getting potential buyers and handling every little aspect of the deal (including working with difficult people in the process). Highly recommended if you want a fully managed, easy process on either the buy or sell side.

I am a builder and an architect I began to work with Mark about two years ago and its has be a great experience. Mark is a one of the most innovative realtors I ever meet. His creative and his marketing skills are the best I've ever seen in the business. Twice on two recent sales he was able to command more than asking price. Mark was extremely helpful in helping me and my fiancee purchase our first home. He took the time to lay out a series of homes for us to see based on our budget and needs, and did not try to sell us on a house once he saw we did not like it (in one instance he saw our immediate reaction to the location of a house and had us move on rather than waste time). A to-the-point and straightforward realtor, I would certainly recommend him to anyone.
