I have bought and sold 3 houses over the years and by far Mark is the most honest, straightforward, trustworthy, dedicated realtor I have ever worked with. Mark was very honest during the negotiations. He gave me what I thought was very good advice, and was respectful of my thoughts and decisions. I was very happy that he was my agent.
I had a very bad experience purchasing a place with Mr. Arbeit's assistance. Among other things, Mr. Arbeit told me that 1) a seller's disclosure form that was prominently mentioned in the MLS description for my place actually never existed, 2) no realtor EVER keeps track of prospective buyers who go through his or her listing, and 3) he never mentioned any "secret bidder" whom he guaranteed me and my wife we could beat out for my place with a specific offer for the place. Best Agent in South Jersey. Superior coverage of your listing. Mark and his staff dot all the I's and cross all of the T's when it comes to marketing your home. He has incredible knowledge of the comparable properties in the area and knows what it takes to sell your home. I highly recommend him and Mitch and his whole office.
I can't say enough about Mark and his team. I tried many realtors before I heard about Mark. All of the other realtors told me these big stories on how they were going to market my property and be the ones to sell it. The last time I heard from them was when I signed their contracts.
