While Dr Parker himself is wonderful and compassionate, I have had issues with receiving quality care post surgery. The first time I called during office hours and the staff had not transferred phones from the answering service. It took me over 30 minutes to get someone because I had to keep calling back. Dr Parker is an outstanding surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. He explained my options thoroughly in terms that were easy for me to understand. He has performed surgery on me twice, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
He sits down with you and discusses what is going on, what the options are and what he feels would be best and why. He has great bedside manner and does his best to make you at ease in what can be awkward exams/topics. My friend referred me after she had a great experience, as well.
Our family loves dr Parker. He is a first rate surgeon with the best bed side ever. His office staff is top notch. Can't say enough positive points about this group.
Beginning with the phone call to the office to the actual time in the exam room being seen by Dr Parker, I felt that my health needs were important and I was treated with warmth and compassion. I immediately felt at ease and that the doctor and staff administered a high level of competent care.
Dr Parker performed a Colectomy and Sigmoidectomy With Robotic Assistance on me and I am grateful. His kind, unhurried, and competent manner inspired confidence and peace which made my life easier. He is the best (I was told that before) and I would recommend him without reservation.
Dr Parker saved my life! I had been through 4 years 6 surgeries well 3 when I met him! Had a colostomy that I was told was irreversible!!! He reversed it! Been a year now I'm doing good! When things got complicated he referred me to Dr Gregory Bearden! He's awesome too!!! Thanks to them I'm getting my life back! I can never repay both of them!!! Love yall for helping me!!!
Mark Parker is absolutely the best! He has treated me for colon cancer as well as, other colon issues! I would see no one else!
