Every time I come here, the staff treats me well. They’re all good and very friendly. I like Dr. Gersman, he’s very nice. He tells me what’s going on. I have come a long way since I started my treatment.
I had a great appointment. I’m so used to coming here, it’s like coming home. Everyone is very nice, they chat with you, they’re not rushed. Dr. Gersman is the best doctor I’ve ever been to and is the most compassionate. If you have a question, he always has the answer. If anyone asks me, I always recommend him.
The staff has always treated me good. They’re always on time, friendly and the appointment goes quick. I'm usually in and out within a half hour. Dr. Gersman is very thorough, and explains your situation very good.
After discovering a vision condition that required specialized medical attention, I became a patient of Dr. Pachydaki at Vitreo Retinal Consultants. The office is maintained in pristeen condition which is always appreciated, but it is the personal caring, attention, and professionalism of Dr. Pachydaki and her staff that gives me comfort and confidence that I am in the best hands to control/correct my condition. Dr. Pachydaki is a whirlwind of energy and truly great. The front desk staff is very efficient. All the technicians are very good. If I have questions, they always answer them. I’ve had a positive experience and have no complaints.
