Presented with my problem, was thoroughly examined, diagnosed, informed, and efficiently treated. Follow up visits confirm an overall success. An affable yet businesslike experience top to bottom. The office facilities are outstanding as well. This is how all healthcare should be!
I can not say enough about Dr. Pachydaki. In fact all the staff. So respectful,courteous,and caring. Dr. Pachaydaki did a great job. And explained everything well so, I knew what to expect . To finally be rid of floaters in both eyes is wonderful. Dr. Pachydaki is great and so are the staff. Courteous, friendly, respectful. And very helpful. I definitely recommend video- retinal
I have been going to Dr. Gersman for several years. He is the consummate professional. I had retinal occlusions in both eyes and he has successfully treated that condition. I would have been visually impaired in both eyes without his medical expertise. I cannot say enough about him and his staff. Thank You!
I cannot thank Dr Pachadki and the staff at the Mentor office enough! Dr Pachydaki scheduled me in for an immediate emergency exam and follow up in an un-believable timely and caring matter. The front desk helped me work thru an unforeseen insurance issue and Rachel M processed me in as a new patient while putting me at ease. I am fortunate that my doctor referred me to this team of dedicated caring people in my time of need! …..Thanks to all!!!!
Dr. Packydaki is kind and compassionate. She explains everything well and answers all questions. I'm happy I found her to treat my wet and dry macular degeneration. I feel no pain when receiving my shots. I love her energy and pleasant and respectful disposition.
