Excellent visits each and every appointment .
We were completely happy with her. She was so helpful and answered all our questions. She stands out among doctors of any field that we have seen. Even the girl at the desk (Lisa) was extremely gracious also! They took us immediately from the eye doctor late in the afternoon when we were afraid of what would happen. We were blessed to get care here.
I took my stepmom to her appointment today. We were impressed by the professionalism and courtesy shown to us by Dr. Gersman and his entire staff. Amber was quick, efficient, and precise as she worked with my stepmom. It was fascinating to watch her at work. Everyone's "bedside manner" is exemplary, as well. I will definitely recommend Dr. Gersman's practice for anyone needing a Retinal Specialist.
Everyone is very friendly. They explain each procedure they’re during. No one has ever had attitude with me or been condescending. I think Dr. Gersman is wonderful. He’s very kind and he explains what progress I’ve made, what the treatment is, and what to look forward to. He explains everything in detail, and is a very nice guy.
Dr. Gersman saved my eyesight. He is a fine doctor and very patient-friendly. I can't recommend him too highly.
