Dr cua is good at what she does and is nice but the office staff not so much, they NEVER answer the phones
This place clearly does not care about our children. My son was just diagnosed with RSV and pneumonia in the ER he is 6. I called this office because it's getting worse and the medicine is not helping. Hes 6 and struggling with his cough and his wheeze is so bad he's throwing up choking on the phlegm. So this office asked me to bring him in here today to make sure his lungs were clear because he was clearly getting worse and they said they worried about a secondary infection. If your baby has no concerns and doesn’t need any help or run into any problems she’s the one! …
The doctor is nice but the place she works is terrible! When you want to take pictures of your baby being weighed they tell you that you can’t have phones! Then when you are 7 minutes late with a new born they make you reschedule your appointment. I parked my car at 3:06. Walked in at 3:07 and was already classified as a did not show! I took off work for this appointment! Do they care nope! Don’t go here!
She is nice. Very timid and unsure. Not very knowledgeable just does the minimum. Her office staff is awful and extremely rude!
