Dawn is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Jason was very helpful as well. I would give them an even higher score except that they were not returning calls for a week because Dawn was off sick. I didn’t know if I was doing everything right and if the machine was even working properly. It’s not her fault she was sick and she made up for it by being exceptionally accommodating when I finally did get to talk with her.
