These guys are SO helpful and go the extra mile. I wasn't someone coming in buying equipment or service worth thousands of dollars-- only parts that totalled less than $100-- but they provided GREAT customer service (that took up lots of their time) parts cheaper than anywhere else I looked (by FAR), and talked me through a couple puzzles I was trying to figure out. I'm a new life-long customer, and am already referring friends to this place. Thanks for all your help!!
I ordered a part on Tuesday, only 1 available and asked to be notified if it went on B/O when they placed the order. No big deal. Called Thursday just to see if it made it on the order. I was informed by Corbin it was not ordered yet and had gone on back order. To get my customer his ride on back I spent a few hours going around to different machines trying to find a matching drive pully and received a text late yesterday that the part had arrived. Service is a lost art here. Need a minor repair? Better have a month to wait. And they don’t answer phones to explain why you’re waiting a month to get a summer tool fixed when we are lucky here to have four months to use it. My Echo is going on Marketplace and being replaced with a Stihl, who at least put an effort into customer service. I’d leave a -5 stars if I could.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Always have what I need. They are very thorough in explaining equipment they sell, love that my mower was all assembled and gas and ready to go! Totally worth my 15 mnt wait!
