They charged me an administration fee of almost 50 dollars for a repair that was completely covered by warranty. Very poor customer service. I have dealt with Bay Rentals for many years, they are great, but are no longer a Husqvarna dealer. So, I went to Maritime Lawn and Garden. It was always very difficult to reach them by phone to see if my saw was ready for pick up. You can leave a message, but they don't return your call. Don't put yourself through the aggravation, find a different dealer.
Horrible! I checked their website to see when they were open and if they worked on snowblowers. I had a friend lined up to help me get my snowblower there and called over 25 times that morning to make sure they did work on snowblowers but I went feeling confident as the website did not refer to any times during the year when they didn’t . Staff is always friendly and helpful. Lots of great selection for Stihl , Honda and Toro. Stu, Brooke and Payton are always great to deal with and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place!
My family has been dealing with this business for years now. Sadly now, They have lost my business. I bought a low end Stihl trimmer I believe called the fS 38. It was competitively priced and among all the other brands out there I thought because it was a Stihl, then it would be a quality product. It was anything but that. Nothing but problems with the spool and they tell me only a month after buying it that I should upgrade it to another one and they charged me $60 plus installation to put it in.
