Very good customer service.. a lot of options...
I always have such a wonderful time every time I visit this location. The women here always treat me so wonderful. They always have a smile on their face and they are so positive I look forward to actually coming to this location. Keep up the great work ladies and making the customers feel important.
I was in the market for a specfic dye recommended by my stylist and called several different places in town this was the only site that had it. I called several times before making the effort in coming in and got no one - once there there was no one in store except the clerk who did not approach me. I wasn't able to even make the purchase as I was unaware it was 'members only'. Don't waste your time or gas coming here, best to order your stuff online.
