This is the BEST Mexican restaurant in Downey....HANDS DOWN!!!!! My family and I have been coming here for many years and the food is always delicious!! If you are looking for great food try Marisas...you will not be disappointed!!
Disappointed in this place. It killed Lent for me. At first, they enthusiastically said they would have their delicious potato tacos every day during Lent, which was perfect for my family and me since we don't eat meat or dairy. I applauded them for this, only to go there twice throughout the next week to find they weren't serving them. The FB manager kindly responded back to me about this and said he would make a batch. Best Spot in Downey. Friendly atmosphere. Great prices.
Food is still great. Prices are ridiculous!!! Just to give u all a heads up, Marisas prices have increased dramatically! First time back since they reopened and we were shocked that we had to pay $43 and change for THREE BURRITOS! That's almost $20 more than the last time we ordered our usual. That's way too much for a family of 10. So it's not an option to bring the whole family again. Sad to say we have to find a new favorite Downey restaurant.
I have been coming here for ever and not only I love their food, specially the steak fajita burrito. But their employees are super nice.
They have this wet burrito red or green. I'm from the bay area napa ,ca and I always eat here when I'm in town. Try it.
Delicious food, had the machaca wet burrito (family size). Great price, good environment. Will definitely go again! Thanks!
