If I could give negative stars I would. This nurse practitioner creates care plans for patients without ever meeting said patient. I have been a victim of her careless care plans. I’ve never met her nor do I plan to ever meet her. She put in the care plan that I have a history of opioid misuse first of all I have never been on long term opioids and then she says that I go to doctors from Philadelphia to Lehigh Valley trying to get narcotics from different providers again a false accusation.
