Was told by sales rep Donavan that all the cars are serviced. I have owned my car less than three weeks and its been in twice. Now the check engine light is back on and the front end shakes violently I cant drive it. Feel as I was scammed by this company. Worst experience ever.
Sold us a vehicle that was not safe, had to have fixed 3 days after buying. Called mcgrath with no results. Fixed the problem ourselves and 2 weeks later rear end locked up almost which almost caused a serious accident. Two major issues in less than a month! So much for them caring for their customers safety, luckily my children were not in the vehicle at the time. Mcgrath refuses to return my phone calls. Just bought a new vehicle from Billion instead!!
Unfortunately I have to post this. After purchasing 3 cars from Westdale and Marion locations my wife and I will never do business with this dealership again. We have been lied to on numerous occasions just to get is into the building. These are just your everyday used car salesman who will do anything to sell you a car. Once you have the car they don't care about you or your experience. The salesman are always looking to do whatever they can to get you in and there is no accountability. Just bought my car there today and Devin Wright is wonderful to work with. Will do whatever he can to make buying a car. "painless " as possible. All the staff was very friendly. I will definitely go back!!!!!
