I bought a 2011 Suzuki from this car dealer in 2012 and I purchased the key fob replacement insurance. 3 weeks ago the fob went belly up. I had to go to another dealer to get a replacement and after the work was done the fob replacement insurance refused to pay for it. I had to pay out $320.00. I went to the Marion Used Car Superstore and explained the problem to Marcus (a Sales Manager). Marcus got a copy of my insurance and the bill for the fob and contacted the insurance company for me. I had a great experience when I bought my car from Devin, with assistance from Anthony back in December. So I referred my sister to them to get her vehicle - WORST experience EVER! The salesman told us what he thought we wanted to hear just to get the sale and then the follow through was awful.... plus I never did receive my check for referring her there! Would not ever refer anyone again or go back there myself. Very disappointed! Beware....
