Really enjoying purchasing my newer Chevy Silverado from Charlie Dewar !!
Got a great deal for our trade...got a great price for our new car and has been a great vehicle so far. And they were easy to work with. Will be back when needed again. Ps don't ever use Kings Kars up the road. Bunch of scam artists with junk cars. Marion used car superstore was so much better and have high quality cars.
Couldn't ask for a better buying a new car experience
Dario was the salesperson that I worked with, hewasvery patient and accomodating to my desire to test drive a number of cars to help me make a final decision. He's done fantastic follow-up and has given fantastic customer service. My only frustration was the loaner vehicles that they provided were less than stellar. This wasn't Dario's fault but rather a symptom of someone not making sure the loaners are checked and reprovisioned before loaning out again. Charlie was very patient and kind during our experience. I was a bit irritated with the back and forth and game playing to make a final deal. Disappointed in no complimentary beverages/snacks to make you comfortable while dealing with the paperwork and deal making. Overall, satisfied and plan on returning again and or referring to others!

Ray Lopez from the Marion Used Car Superstore was awesome!!! Highly recommend him as a sales person to go to. I was extremely hesitant in doing business with McGrath ever again after a horrible experience in the past. He made the experience pretty smooth even though there was an issue with financing. Ray was not pushy or rude. Pretty cool guy to get along with and wasn't the typical car salesman. If you go to this location, ask for Ray!!!
I'd give it a zero. After purchasing my vehicle I had some issues. I took it to a trusted mechanic to find out the head gasket was blown. $1,800 to fix. Also found out that the mechanic knew the previous owner, had seen the vehicle before, and the previous owner traded it into McGrath told them about the issue. So instead of fixing it, they flipped it to me and didn't tell me about the issue. Can truly say I'll never be back. I had bought two other cars prior no issue, but the last one showed your true colors
