I have been living here for almost two years now with my son, and my experience has been wonderful. The building is well maintained, the neighborhood is lovely, and if I ever have any concerns or issues, management is always quick to help. Caroline, one of the property managers, is amazing - I am especially grateful for all her help and kindness during my time here!
The 1405 Beacon Street apartments are convenient to everything in Brookline/Coolidge Corner (shops, restaurants, Coolidge Corner Theater). It's an incredibly walkable area and very close to the T/bus routes for Boston and beyond. The complex itself is great. Best maintenance/management team I've had with a property group, ever- they are absolutely incredible. Also, huge shout out to Caroline in the main office who has been so wonderful to work with since she joined the management team.
Great apartment! 1405 Beacon contains spacious rentals close to the heart of Coolidge corner. Management, specifically Caroline, is so helpful with all our needs and maintenance is very responsive addressing anything that comes up.
The office staff, particularly Caroline, and the maintenance crew of Dan and Misho, are terrific. From a 15 year resident of Marion Square Apts.
