Great apartment! 1405 Beacon contains spacious rentals close to the heart of Coolidge corner. Management, specifically Caroline, is so helpful with all our needs and maintenance is very responsive addressing anything that comes up.
The office staff, particularly Caroline, and the maintenance crew of Dan and Misho, are terrific. From a 15 year resident of Marion Square Apts.
We enjoy being close to supermarkets and other stores, restaurants, movie, public transportation and more. The building management and maintenance staff have consistently been competent, responsive and otherwise helpful. We are pleased to be living here.
I love my apartment! Plus wonderful location, well -maintained building, friendly residents, excellent response to requests for maintence/repairs in my unit.
