I am a resident at Marion Square and want to express my appreciation for the fast and efficient response to maintenance requests. The team alwasy does their best to respond effectively and it makes living at Marion Square more enjoyable.
The 1405 Beacon Street/Marion Square apartments are convenient to everything in Brookline/Coolidge Corner (shops, restaurants, Coolidge Corner Theater). It's an incredibly walkable area and very close to the T/bus routes for Boston and beyond. The complex are great. Best maintenance/management team I've had with a property group, ever- they are absolutely incredible. Also, huge shout out to Caroline in the main office who has been so wonderful to work with since she joined the management team.
I have been living here for almost two years now with my son, and my experience has been wonderful. The building is well maintained, the neighborhood is lovely, and if I ever have any concerns or issues, management is always quick to help. Caroline, one of the property managers, is amazing - I am especially grateful for all her help and kindness during my time here!
