One of the worst family dental I been to unprofessional they lie a lot to get you in there surgeon never there the X-ray technician is rude and have no professionalism and the other staff no compassion sympathy or empathy I don’t know how they still open

I had an appointment with Dr. Deb Herrick, DDS on 3/28/2019. I was to take antibiotics b4 having some teeth extracted. I failed to do so. After checking to see if I had the correct prescription I took them. I realize that I would have to wait because I did not that medicine b4 I came which was my mistake. When Dr Herrick came to numb me she stated,"are you" ready" and I replied are you ready. She then asked if I was sure I wanted to be there. She said I was being pernickety. I said can't I ask questions? We did not hit it off after this exchange.She ask if I wanted to leave. I did. I felt she was very unprofessional and rude. She needs to talk to her patient with a little more respect. I would not recommend her to anyone else.

No one likes going to the dentist but I'm glad that I went to Marion. My dentist did an amazing work. It was clean. I would reccomend this dentist to anyone.

A trip to the dentist is most people's nightmare, which is why going is the top 5 of most people's fears! All of the staff treat my family like theirs and they always ensure to ease my family's anxiety! Meet the team: Dr. Fischer, Dr. Herrick, Dr. McCarthy and Debbie (owners), Nahli, Yuvonne and Angie (of which I have grown very fond of - has nothing to do with us sharing the same bday)! lol I highly recommend them all.

It is very hard to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. I had to go in-person to schedule an appointment, in which I was not happy about. The people at the desk claimed that they had so many patients that no one was available to answer the phone or return calls. I had been a patient (along with my 21 year old son) at the clinic for about 20 years and now it has changed for the worst. They no longer have good customer service. However, the dentist hygienists and the dentist are great if you can get an appointment. I am currently seeking a new dental care center.

This is the worst dentist I've ever been to in my life! I can never speak to anyone because they never answer the phone. The staff is very unprofessional. I will never bring my children to this dentist.
