They really called me to complain about tires in my yard calling them "trash" and telling me to elevate them 8 inches off the ground. There's literally drive bys every week and there are entire broken down cars in peoples yards. I dont live in a nice neighborhood and i dont care. Seriously wasting MY time at work to call me about something so stupid. Do something useful! What a waste of tax dollars. Seriously
The phone operator, Anna, was very uneducated regarding her job and rude. I was told I’d get results back in 3 days and she is saying it’s 5-7 days and that she doesn’t have a clue what they’re telling people at the testing site. Very unprofessional if you’re working the phones everyone should communicate and be on the same page.
I got tested November 12th at one of your locations. It has now been 7 days. And I have no results. I have called over 50 today and only once was my call answered. Both times I was told to call back later. It’s now an hour before the health department closes and I can’t get anyone to answer. This is concerning because I am not sure whether or not I need to start notifying those I have been around in the last 10 days that I have tested positive or not.

Why is that the health department is releasing Covid information that is two weeks old? There is a spike in the state but apparently Indianapolis is immune to it, Or so they want us to think. I was a palled when the mayor said The week of the 17th at Indianapolis area schools children have not of been affected by large numbers by Covid. That was before or right when the largest school system in the city was going back. They are abusing the people of this county. They are working outside the law and threatening businesses. Every higher up there needs to be removed.

We had COVID-19 tests on 8-13 and have heard nothing! We were told 3-5 days! This is obviously the problem tests are taking to long and people aren’t getting responses! What is a person to do?! So absolutely sad and dangerous. I’ve emailed 4 times now still no information.
