Scheduled an appointment over a month in advance only to get a call the day before saying my appointment is cancelled and can’t be rescheduled for another 2 weeks (I agreed to this date because I’m a teacher and don’t like missing school, so my original appointment falling on a break was ideal.) The only other date offered was after we come back from break. It is extremely frustrating that it is so difficult to receive adequate mental health care.
Avoid this place like the plague. This place is a joke. My last therapist only had me in sessions for 15-20 minutes even though I was booked for an hour. Nobody seemed to care about my mental health & well-being. I requested for more time to see my therapist & the demand wasn't met. So I left & decided to never come back. This place also screwed me over on a disability case because the counselors I had twisted my words around. Horrible at answering the phone on more than one occasion been hung up on horrible communication and most of the staff is very rude
Courtney never answers the phone for new patient intake. She doesn't return calls either. It's the same thing for the last 3 months that I've tried calling this place. This place has really gone downhill. How do they expect to take new patients when they don't answer phone calls?! Easier ways to say that you hate your job. Or has everyone went nuts since covid?
