The new staff has really streamlined appointment wait times. Dr. Masserano has started taking on Dr's in training and he has such a wealth of medical knowledge to share. It's great to see his knowledge and the way he treats his patients, call it Bedside manner, a lost art with many doctors, being handed down to new generations. These are the men and women who will be caring for us one day, and it makes me happy to know some will have had the opportunity to work with such a fine man and gifted physician.
I was truly impressed with the friendly and courteous staff. The nurse practitioner Kadia did a thorough intake on my medical. Sal the amazing ultrasound technician did a scan of the arteries (for any blockage) he explained the process & the benefits of this procedure thorough out the scan. They have a lab on the premises, that’s awesome! It saved a trip and the wait to another place to do the blood-work. Ann, was terrific, she was quick and painless. Dr. Masserano is a very good doctor that deeply cares about his patients. You never feel rushed. He is knowledgeable and a great listener. I trust him with my own family, employees and friends, I highly recommend him,
Routinely scolding, suspicious, and demeaning treatment of someone simply hoping to get some help. The doctor is nice. Woman at front desk is not.

My feedback is on Dr. masserano's staff and not the doctor himself. The doctor, including every nurse practioner that I've had appoiments with, were extremely nice and very understanding. As for his staff, I've never felt so belittled and treated with zero empathy. Specifically Ann. I called in, crying over a lost medication. She basically didn't want to hear me out, hear my situation, nor did she care. I have anxiety as well as depression. What I went through with Ann will forever affect me.
Dr. Masserano , wow, where do I start. One of the best in his field . Loving, charismatic, funny, intelligent, basically a perfect doctor. HE is the "ONLY" doctor i will go to , he's actually the doctor for my whole family. Every visit I end up with a smile on my face when leaving, He's never BS'ed me. Always told me the truth from the beginning. I would recommend this doctor to every person in the whole USA . Thank You Dr. Masserano for all you have done for me and my family!
