I was seen by Maria to redo my allergy test. Maria took the time to explain the process and what results meant. She quickly applied the needles and educated me even more about the process needed for future treatment. Maria went over my results thoroughly, so I better understood what environmental factors were affecting my allergies. I left better prepared to make changes in my home and additional things to avoid so I can live a healthier lifestyle. She also tested me on the use of my epi-pen again. Thanks Maria
After 16 years of coming to this doctor today will be the last time I would go to this office. I am very congested and have a terrible bronchitis, I called before coming in the office and some lady answer the phone and said it was ok to walk in, I walked in at 9:30 am at 11:40 am two hours after waiting I was told by the office manager that I couldn't be seen. Dr. Hawver was great and answered all of my questions. The office was clean and staff were friendly. I was particularly pleased with Omar, the technician who administered my breathing tests. He was welcoming, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I can tell he has been doing this for a while and is very skilled. Overall I had a pleasant experience for my first visit.
