I’ve been coming to Southwest Vision Center for the past five years, and all of my children are patients here as well. The staff are always polite and professional, and the doctors are friendly, thorough, and attentive. The clinic is conveniently located, making appointments easy to manage. I highly recommend Southwest Vision Center for anyone looking for excellent eye care.
Initially had a great experience here before they changed out the doctors and management. I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I was told that if I needed my new prescription changed, it would be free. At no point was I informed that there was a time frame for this, and when I tried to bring up my concerns previously, I felt dismissed.
