1st appointment was 2 months ago. They gave me the address of their former office by accident. I called from the old address asking where you at, they said that's our old address. So I raced and drove to their current address where they told me I couldn't be seen because I was late. WHAT? Not a good move on their part but I really needed to see him because he was referred after a botched knee replacement. Finally saw him a MONTH later, and got a CT scan per his request. Absolutely fabulous, came to see me in the ER after getting a call about my break under shoulder after finishing his surgery. I understand this is not as important as peoples back or neck problems but if this plate doesn’t work will be more difficult possible shoulder replacement . Great bedside manner, came to see me in the hospital before and after surgery. And just called me in person regarding pain meds and more x-rays. Recommend him to everyone!
Dr. Mario Luna is the Best, he has done my back surgeries after fixing what the 1st one screwed up, he has great bedside manners, and just is wonderful, he also did my neck surgery and that was the best things I have ever had done, no more pains in the neck and the neck is great!
Phone goes directly to music for 14 minutes no acknowledgement of where your calling. Then robot voice just says wait.
Excellent doctor who listens and cares. Very thorough.
